VACAY SITTERS (PTY) LTD: CANCELLATION POLICY

Overview

For House and Pet Sitting Services:

Cancellation 14 Days or More Before Service:

  • Clients who cancel their booking more than 14 days before the scheduled service start date will receive a 100% refund of the service fee.

Cancellation Between 7 to 14 Days Before Service:

  • Clients who cancel their booking between 7 to 14 days before the scheduled service start date will receive a 50% refund of the service fee.

Cancellation Within 7 Days of Service:

  • Clients who cancel their booking within 7 days of the scheduled service start date will not be eligible for a refund.

Cancellation Within 24 Hours of Service:

  • Clients who cancel their booking within 24 hours of the scheduled service start time may incur a cancellation fee as per the terms mentioned in our general Terms & Conditions.

Exceptions:

  • In the event that Vacay Sitters needs to cancel a booking due to unforeseen circumstances, clients will be offered a full refund or the opportunity to reschedule the service at no additional cost.

Important Notes:

  • All refund requests must be submitted through the Vacay Sitters app or website.
  • Refunds will be processed using the original payment method and may take up to 10 business days to appear on the client’s account.
  • By booking with Vacay Sitters, clients acknowledge and agree to adhere to this cancellation policy.
